Brief Answer:
A correct diagnosis is necessary.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have read your question.

The medication that you use aims to control your symptoms.

These issues point mostly towards peripheral neuropathy as the most probable condition and chemotherapy is known to cause or worsen it, still, further evaluation and examinations are necessary for a correct diagnosis.

For this purpose, dynamic x-rays and an MRI of your cervical spine are necessary to evaluate any compression on your cervical spinal cord that may cause similar symptoms.

Nerve conduction studies of the nerves of the limbs are also necessary for a correct diagnosis.

The treatment should be tailored after these examinations.

I hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks.
