When Is It Safe To Enter His Room With A Mask ?

Question: I got Covid with Wed 31 Aug starting in the morning with a feeling that my throat had been sand papered finely but no other symptoms, followed by fever (101.7) and rapid pulse (105+) on 1 Sep morning (Thu).
Q1: If Thu is considered day 1, how many days should we wait before we stop being infectious ? The reason we ask is that our son is not sick and we have kept him in his room and left food outside on a chair for him. I plan to do an Antigen test Wed (7 Sep) evening. But when is it safe to enter his room with a mask ? And when can we sit there ?
( Usually, I think antigen test positive means infectious ?)
Q2: My wife fell sick a day later than me (Friday morning). My wife yesterday ( day 4 for her) said she is feeling weak and not able to do work that is pending. Do we need any blood test ( Sodium/ potassium and CBC ?) She says she feels hungry but since we have to prepare the meals and it gets delayed she cannot eat and there is also acidity
