Question: when you say get the removed. can we clarify. are we talking creams and they will go away? or this needs to be physically removed? like surgical

Need to be removed physically by radiofrequency ablation or needle removal

Detailed Answer:
Hi
These are molluscum contagiosum.
They need to be removed by either radio frequency ablation or needle extirpation .
These are minor office procedures requiring 15-20 minutes.
Topical creams are not found to be effective in treating them.

okay will do. one that is further on the shaft, not near the base pubic area. is that greater concern or still same treatment?
