I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Mouth ulcer could be painful and could be due to some infection, tooth problem, anemia, indigestion, medicines etc. Sometimes it could be due to a rheumatologic condition, in which case it is also accompanied with joint pain and urine problems for example in case of lupus, reactive arthritis, etc.

So let me know the details like for how much time its been there, how many ulcers, are they painful, any broken tooth, any other symptoms etc.

Meanwhile you can use 0.2% chlorhexidine mouthwash twice a day for 3 days to see if it resolves. Take capsule becosule one daily for 3 months.

Thanks Doctor, dont have any broken tooth. But having 7-9 ulcer near tonsil grand over my tounge. I am taking lycogard from cipla along with becosule.

Facing this issue from last 5-6 days. Now feeling better but still want your consultation as it has not cured 100%

If its not healing further then betadine or chlorhexidine 0.2% gargle maybe needed for few days. Take precaution to not ingest it. It should be thrown out after rinsing mouth and throat.
