Brief Answer:
You may need a x-ray of lumbar spine

Detailed Answer:
Hello ,
welcome to Ask a doctor's service. I read your query and here is my advice.
The main reason can be related to vertebral spine issues such osteoarthritis, narrowing of spinal canal or nerve compression .
I think you may need to do a x-ray of lumbar spine to check it's conditions.
You can use anti inflammatory drugs such ibuprofen or naproxen for pain.
Hot or cold pacs can help also.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks.
