I have reviewed the attached pictures and it seems to be vitiligo.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected areas once daily in the morning and tacrolimus 0.1 percent ointment on the affected areas once daily at bedtime for 6 weeks.
Also take zinc supplements like tablet zinc sulphate 200 mg once daily for 8 weeks.
These are prescription medicines and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
