My name is Miles I'm 320 and 6'1. I keep having intrusive aggressive thoughts about choking someone or stabbing someone. They put me on medication to battle the symptoms. I was also diagnosed with conversation disorder.
Brief Answer:
Follow up
Detailed Answer:
Dear Miles,
Thanks for follow up and providing necessary action.
From the available description (although very limited) it appears that there is obsessive compulsive disorder which is characterised by intrusive thoughts of different nature including aggression. The disorder can be treated with use of medications (often SSRI) or cognitive behaviour therapy. Since you are already on medication I feel we need to wait upto 12 weeks as the medications take long time to act in proper manner.
Regarding CBT there is need to contact local psychologist as this is systematic talk therapy requiring 12 to 20 sessions.
I hope this helps you.
Feel free to write back to me if you have more questions.
Thanks and regards.
