Brief Answer:
Detailed history and investigations will help to pin-point the cause

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history, albeit short.
The commonest causes of persistent stomach pain are related to hollow viscus like intestines, ureters, gallbladder/pancreatic ducts or solid organs like kidney, pancreas and so on.
Hence to know the exact cause one needs the following:
A detailed history related to the site, extent, any referred pains, associated nausea/vomiting, any urinary or gastrointestinal symptoms and so on; please give details.
Additional way is to go for relevant investigations like X-ray of abdomen, Ultrasonography, CT scan of abdomen and tests of blood, urine and stool.
Also needed is to consider the causes related to your medical problems of diabetes, and medications.
All these things together will give a proper cause and a plan for proper management.

Hence, I would advise you to consult a Doctor at ER as you also need a proper medications for relief of symptoms and have definite diagnosis and management

I hope this answer helps.
Waiting for your feedback.
Take care.
With Regards.
