Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I don't think that this itching while excited can be related to a pathology or disease.
It can be related to nervousness or psychogenic itching probably related to stress ,anxiety or depression. If you are suffering from any of them you are likely to experience itching while excited.
Antihistamines can help itching but also antidepressants can help with it.
