Why Do I Keep Getting Very Mild Headaches That Only
Question: why do I keep getting very mild headaches that only last a shirt period of time almost every day lately? I don't drink caffeine and usually am hydrated adequately. plus I eat right and exercise.

good idea.....could it be sinuses since I am stuffed up and have allergies?
