Question: why is it when I binge (mostly junk carbs) eat I get sleepy then when I wake up and feel literally like I have a hang over. I mean I feel crappy for hours and its also hard to get back to sleep. im a generally healthy guy. recent physical was fine. im getting older though. im 63 and will be 64 in may. 6 ft tall 215 pounds.

Junk food hangover is a well known and clinically proven entity.
