Brief Answer:
may be Dermatitis.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your query and attached image. Here is my advice.
As per your history, it may be Dermatitis.
Please let me know do you have fever, itching?
Do you have allergy to any food or medications?
For that you can apply hydrocortisone ointment three times a day locally. In case of itching, you can take tab. claritin (loratidine) 10 mg once a day. These medications should be available over the counter.
Along with that you can apply moisturizing ointment alternately. Avoid harsh cosmetic products. Use loose cotton clothes.
Let me know I can assist you further.

Dr. Shyam Kale.
