You seem to have a yeast infection. I suggest you to use an otc topical antifungal e.g clotrimazole cream, twice daily. In addition I suggest you to take single dose of an oral antifungal e.g fluconazole 150mg tablet. The average size of a penis is around 3 inches when flaccid and 6 inches when erect.
