Question: wife has been coughing not eating, not drinking much , and when she dose eat a little of anything she gets diarrhea for the last 3 days, no fever, what can I do, she won't go to emergency room because of the covid

Continue with Tylenol, vitamin C, benzonatate.
She can use loperamid for diarrhea.
