Deep vein thrombosis is an important risk to be considered in your case
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to Ask a Doctor Service.
I have gone through your query and the medication list in detail.
Give your symptoms of painful, enlarged calf and history of taking Letrozole and Trenbelone, it is very import to rule out Deep vein thrombosis (DVT).
DVT is the formation pf thrombus/bloodclots in veins, most commonly of legs. The medications you are taking increases the risk of thrombus formation. D-dimer levels and doppler ultrasound of legs are initial screening evaluation recommended.
Trenbelone intake is not recommended nowadays. And Testosterone and Letrozole should only be taken under the supervision and guidance of a physician if needed.
DVT can cause major complications like Pulmonary embolism. So it is very important to seek medical care at the earliest. Please be advised to follow up with the nearest emergency room as soon as possible. Please be advised to not use these medications, unless recommended by your doctor.
If initial screening for DVT is negative, then other ppssible diagnosis like cellulitis, joint pathology, ruptured baker's cyst can be considered.
Hope I was able to answer your question
