Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to ask a doctor service,
I have gone through your query in detail and can certainly understand your concern towards your symptoms.
The symptoms that you were experiencing were rare at your age except it has comorbidity with depression or anxiety.
But. Nothing to worry , as it can be easily treated with antidepressants like escitalopram and benzodiazepines like clonazepam to combat your anxiety.
This would improve your confusion and decision making problem.
You can consult psychiatrist for prescription based medicine.
Hope this information would help you.
Thank you.
