Brief Answer:
Blood pressure needs to be checked urgently. Age is crucial information.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Thank you for the query.

First and foremost, it is crucial to know your age and if you have been diagnosed with hypertension.

Have you had such episodes in the past and have been diagnosed with migraines.

Persistent headache needs to be evaluated properly and the blood pressure needs to be checked right away.

Kindly get your blood pressure checked and follow the treatment as advised at ER.

If the blood pressure is normal, then other causes of headache need to be looked into.

I hope you will find this information useful.

I wish you all the best and speedy recovery.

Best regards
