Dear Miss. I am sure that this wont hurt your baby. Your baby is well protected in your uterus. Only much higher force can affect on your baby and its growth. You probably got skin contusion so there can be some bruising or hematoma but it will dissapear soon. You can put some ice and compression bandages and it should be helpful definitely.
If you feel abdominal pain and cramps then go to hospital.
