11 Year Old, Loose Motion For Weeks. Bad Diet. Suggestions?

My 11yr old son has been complaining for several weeks about having runny poo, he never lets me have a look so can't say for sure what it looks like... his diet is bad, always has been, since a baby, tried to make him but he just threw it up. He wont eat fruit veg or real meat...He lives on battered fish, chicken, bread, potatoes, (chips or roast) cheese spreed, will eat dry cereal with out milk, sausage rolls, sausages, yorkshire puddings (cucumber & peppers. if forced to) but drinks lots..

Hi,
It appears that this problem might be due to his food habit.
He should change his food habit.
Give him curd, rice, buttermilk for few days.
After he becomes alright give him green veggies, veg soups, fruits and regular food.
Avoid junk food.
Give him plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
