11 Year Old With Nausea, Fever And Weakness. Has Lyme Disease. Any Advice?

My daughter is eleven years old and experiencing constant nausea, low grade fevers, some high fevers, weakness, fatigue. She has been out of school two weeks now. She is pale and has dark circles under her eyes. She has been undergoing treatment for Lyme Disease. The lyme doctor does not think this is lyme related. She has been off antibiotics for about one week right now because of all of these symptoms. What could this be?

Lyme disease typically presents with history of tick bite, followed by peculiar rash with flu like symptoms, joint pains, and neurological symptoms.

She needs re evaluation followed by other investigations like CBP, CUE, Widal test, malarial parasite, blood and urine cultures to rule out other infections.

Therefore I advise you to consult the doctor again for re examination and further management.
