13 Year Old With Pain In The Head And Black Out While Standing Up Suddenly. Reason?

Hello, I am turning 13 this June.

I've been experiencing this since like for 5 months.

Every time I stand up from a couch or wake up from my sleep, my head is always aching, and my eyes are almost black-out for a short time and it seems like a sun is shining to my eyes. And one time when I stood up from the couch I suddenly fell back down to my couch again.

When I also get out of couch, when I look outside, my eyes suddenly hurt and it's black-out for a short time..

I need help because my head has been hurting so much.

Thank you.
