15 Year Old, Feeling Sad, Don't Feel Like Talking. Depression?

Hi,I don't know why, but i just feel sad all the time, and i just don't want to do much or talk to my family as much as i normally would. I'm only 15, i don't understand why i'm feeling so sad. I know i should talk to my parents but they will just think it's hormones, or something. I think I might be depressed, but I have no idea. I just don't know what i should do.

Hi, as you think i is definitely the psychological factor, but not a major problem,If you really want you can search relief by your own self. It might be secondary to the some thing happened previously in your life, may be less marks, scolding from your teacher, or parents, etc. Stop thinking about that issue. If you are not thinking if it it is O.K.
Practice some diversion procedures, like yoga, meditation, reading books of your interest, and hearing music etc. Still if you stick to that issue you can consult a psychologist. Thank you.
