15 Year Old, Slight Pain Around Knee Caps, Not Playing Rough Sport. What Could Be This?

Every now and again I have slight pain around my knee caps. I am 15 years old. I have looked at symptoms of arthritis and dont seem to have any of these apart from the slight pain. I don't play rough sport but I like being outside working bending down quite a bit. Is there anything else it could be or is it artistes. Also what happens if I leave arthritis? Is there any other advice you could give me? Thanks

Single major joint involvement in early age group could be the possibility of arthritis changes to rule out the chances of arthritis needs some investigations and for these consult some orthopedic surgeon, mean while NSAID ( Non steroid inflammatory drug ) should be tried. Have nice day
