18 Year Old Suffering From White Hair, Hair Loss. Suggest A Solution?

Doctor iam suffering from white hairs,hair loss,and my 50% of the scalp is filled with white hairs is there any way to get away from this problem.and iam just 18 yrs and my friends are teasing me so please suggest me some soln.sir and also wat should l use either shampoo or soap .along with that i have used garnier for some few months and i left using it now so please suggest me a soln

You can apply this on scalp,

Also take no grey capsules.
