Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic.
Maintain her hydration by giving sips of oral rehydration solutions.
Give her stool sample for investigations to know the type of infection with the advice of pediatrician.
Give oral probiotic and zinc after prescription.
For cold you can give an oral antihistamine with prescription.
Monitor her hydration.
Consult the doctor for physical examination and further management.
Hope I have answered your query.
Regards.
