19 Year Old Female Have Vaginal Itching And White Discharge. Can I Use Any Over The Counter Medicine ?

I am 19 and my vagina itches too much. I also have white discharge. I don t know if it is too much discharge but i feel i am getting little more than normal. It also smells sometimes. I can t really describe how it smells but i think it smells little sour. I am frustrated by the discharge and the itches.I take shower daily, sometimes 2 times a day. But still it itches. I don t know if I have yeast Infection. I have been Sexually active with just 1 person for past 2 years but currently i moved and am not sexually active any more. It has been 3 months that I have moved. Can you suggest me anything. Can i use any over the counter medicine?? Please help..
