2 Year Kid, Not Willing To Have Food. Suggestions?

hello doctor,my son is 2 yrs of age, and he weighs almost 13 kgs. My problem is that he is never willing to eat his food,not even a single bite.what to do?i am really worried and things are getting problematic day by day.i have to take him onto my lap and hold him tight to make him eat but he throws out. i feel helpless.
