21 Year Old With Baldness. Is Rogaine, Minoxidil And Propecia Effective? Any Side Effects?

Hi Doctor, My self parth my age is 21 i suffering from male pattern balledness (Androgenic alopecia), i notice that from last one and half year. please suggest me which treatment i go with alopathy or homeopathy . I found that there is alopathy medicines for that Finasteride, Rogaine, Minoxidil and Propecia . but there are some side effects of this so tell sollution without any side effects treatment. And what is the cost of treatment pllzzz

Hi there ~

I understand your concerns. Male pattern baldness is common in your age and it is normal. However some people do not like to have this kind of baldness and want to have hair like in their past, such as yourself and the medications you indicate are all effective, although they have side effects that you must be aware of. Rogaine and Minoxidil are the same thing and are available over the counter if you live in the states. I believe this medication is the most effective with the least side effects. However please consult your doctor before starting these medications if you have any other medical conditions.
