Welcome to the forum. You have not mentioned your height. You should first try to calculate your BMI (
Body mass index ). The formula used is as follows:
BMI = Your body weight in pounds divided by square of your height in inches multiplied by 703.
Once you know your BMI work on your diet and exercise regularly. You can take dietary supplements.
You should take high
carbohydrate diet and consume energy giving food. You should note that the total calorie intake should be more than the total calorie burnt out. This will help you gain weight faster.
Take a lot of high protein diet, butter, margarine, myonaise and chocolates, desserts if you have a sweet tooth. You can eat mashed bananas in milk, avocados, sweet potatoes, potato and chicken fries. Milk, ice-cream and cream with salads.
You should take cereals, legumes and beans cooked well in good quality oil/ butter/ghee. Exercises are important as you would love to get healthy weight gain. If You do not exercise, you may gain weight but may get diseases. Eat a balance healthy diet, stay tension and
stress free. You should have adequate rest (7- 8 hours ) to increase your weight.
