3 Year Girl, Yeast Infection, Enlarged Breast Since Birth. Any Thoughts?

My 3 year old daughter has been battling yeast infections and has enlarged breast since birth. It seems to look bigger than before. I'm assuming this is a hormonal imbalance of some sort. Hoping to get her on a strict diet while avoiding food preservatives. I have a call in to schedule her for an appointment with our family physician (who I am currently very unhappy with) Any thoughts!

It may be due to thelarche,one component of Precocious Puberty,hence should be evaluated by a Pediatric Endocrinologist with relevant investigations.Simultaneously,immuno-deficiancy disorders should be considered,as the child is suffering from ?Fungal infection.
