3 Year Kid, Light Brown Patches On Torso. History Of Eczema, Asthma, Allergy. Recommendations?

Hello, my three year old has had 4-5 light brown patches develop on his torso in the past couple of weeks. They are about dime size or smaller and look like light colored birthmarks. I am concerned about their sudden appearance and what that might mean. He is very fair skinned and has a history of eczema, asthma and recently-diagnosed allergies to soy, egg, dairy and peanuts (all mild). I have an appointment with dermatologist next week but am very concerned.

Allergist and Immunologist 's  Response
these are problems of diet theory recomendations
the child needs only breast milk for 2 years and no milk after that and as we add other milk due to animal proteins it is not competible with human proteins and child start gettingg problems like anaemai allergy asthma and other diseases
as you withdraw milk and diary proteins completely from diet cxhild will start recovering in few week of withdrawal of milk and diary
add other foods like fruits vegetables cereals and he will be ok
till then give sympatomatic rx

Pediatrician Dr. Emmette Clark's  Response
In some children, depending on their complexion (fair, dark, olive, etc) they may have patches that do not show up until they have more sun exposure, as occurs in the summer months. I think it is a good idea to have him checked by his doctor first, rather than the dermatologist, just to differentiate a few conditions such as eczema, skin fungus, etc. If his pediatrician can't figure it out, or he has already tried, then keep the dermatologist appointment as that specialist can rule out other disorders.
