Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Children when suffer from infections do become picky and loose appetite.During this period :
keep her diet light ,give her lots of liqiuds in the form of juices ,rehydration solution and
lots of fruits.

Watch out for urine output if it becomes inadequate then get her assessed by her doctor. At present continue with the medications for UTI and also could give her antacids to avoid tummy aches.

Hope to have answered your query.
Take Care.
