3 Year Old Having Fever, Chills, Stomach Pain And Sweating. Should I Take Him To Doctor?

So yesterday my son ended up getting a fever and chills. He was also tired. Today he was warm and sleepy. Oh yesterday he said his stomach hurt, same with this evening. Hes sweating for the first time too! When should I take him in? He's 3 years old.

As you mentioned that your son is suffering from fever, chills and stomachache.

I suggest you should definitely take him to his pediatrician soon for him to have a complete physical examination and thus evaluated soon.
If you are living in a tropical country where dengue and malaria are prevalent then he may need to be evaluated for those.
Otherwise your doctor will order tests based on his physical findings and how high the fever is.

Until you can see his pediatrician, continue to keep him hydrated by offering plenty of fluids since he is at risk of dehydration from him having fever and also if you see red flag signs like excessive sleepiness, unusual behavior, much decrease in urination or very high fever, then take him immediately to his pediatrician.
