3 Year Old Having Red Dots Under Feet, Pain While Walking, Flaky Soles, Nails Falling Off. What Is The Cure?

my niece is 3yrs.old and about 3 wks ago she had red dots under her feet, it would hurt when she walks..they went away but now the soles of her feet are flaky ...and her pointer finger nail fell off and now her thumb nail fell off....my sister took her to the hospital they did nothing said they didn't know what it was and sent her home
