3 Year Old, Lump On Lower Part Of Spinal Cord, Red Dots. What Could Be This?

my 3yr old son has a lump on the lower part of his spinal cord...doesn't really hurt badly but he has complained about his back hurting him. it almost looks and feels like its just in the skin not the bone. below the lump there are three more red dots down his back but no lumps. do you have any idea what it might be and if need be I can text a picture anywhere bc I am very concerned for my son?????

Pediatrician 's  Response
Greetings.
with the description that you are giving it to me i feel it like a congenital presence.
so heres my question to you...Is it present since birth and gradually increased in size.
is there any sort of opening or a sinus or any tuft of hair present around that area.
it will be great if you can send me a picture here.
Physical examination is a must for the diagnosis.
hope this helps.
