Hi Kokil, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
Thanks for the Query.
First get your kid examined by a
Pediatrician so that he can examine him and rule out any underlying pathology.
Take him to a Dietitian, so that he/she can plan a diet meal which suits his Personality. According to his age, he requires 1,000 to 1,400 Kcal per day and it should include Fat, calcium,
Proteins, carbohydrates,
Vitamins, Sodium and Fiber, which you can get them in Fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables.
1.) Respect your child's appetite, If your child isn't hungry, don't force a meal or snack. Likewise, don't bribe or force your child to clean his or her plate.
2.) Serve meals and snacks at about the same times every day.
Good Luck.
Take Care.
