34 Weeks Pregnant. Having Frequent Bowel Movements, Pain In Pelvic Area, Lower Back, Frequent Urination Since A Week. Reason?

Hi i am 34 weeks i went from frequent bowel movements last week to being really fatigue this week a headache and nausea on tues. Wed from 2 pm to 6 pm extreme pain in my back and stomach due to constipation 4 am this morning to 8pm the same thing had me in tears finally with a mocha and suppisitory i went a little the rest of the day ive been having sharp pains like cramping on my right side through my stomach and the lower part of my back when i stand i have to urinate everytime it hurts to walk i walk slightly bent over every now and then there is alot of pressure on my pelvic area also i have been takibg stool softners since tues. Help please.

please don't take any medicine, unless u get a gynaec check-up.
this can be due dt engagement of head of foetus,
can be due to GI infection.
cause is to be known first.
