3.6 Yr Old Child Treated For Cold. Now Having Cough. What Can Be Done?
Hi Doc, i have a 3.6yr old daughter who had a cold two weeks ago p treated her with coldrill syrup and got well. Now she is coughing and i dread giving her more medication. A friend bought Zincovit drops but forgot to ask on dosage. Please advise if i should seek medical treatment for her cough or just give her the drops

your daughter was suffering from cold two week ago and you have took coldrill which one only anti cold whic only give relief in symptoms of cold. so in progress of disease your daughter develop coughing, you need some antibiotic with that anti cold syrup. but the dose will accordig to weight of baby so you have consult the pediatric doctor. and the zincovit drops contain multi vitamins formula which one food supliment not medicine and this also be give according to weight. but your baby have no need to take zincovit drops, but consult pediatric for coughing.
