4 Month Kid, Diarrhea, Watery School, Yellowish Greenish Color. Taking Medication, Not Getting Better. Recommendations?

i have a son 4mos, old whose suffering diarrhea, he has a watery stool, yelllowish-greenish in color,, his pediatrician gave him a contrimoxazole for 7 days treatment,, and a hidrasec for infant.. but i worry because its as if hes not getting better,,though hes under medication,, my son has a diarrhea for 2 weeks now,, what should i do?

Thanks for your query.
I understand your concern.
Your child is having diarrhea for 2 weeks now,so I suggest you to get his stool examined both routine and culture and for reducing substance as well.
Give exclusive breast feeding till 6 months of age.
Give oral rehydration solution sip by sip after each loose stool.
Give lactobaccilus and zinc after consulting your pediatrician.

thanks for your query at HCM
you should give him extra fluid and ORS ,
monitor his hydration status
if there is any blood or fever or child starts vomit every thing then immediately visit you doctor

change his diaper after every loose stool
how nuch urine he is passing
no need of antibiotics for such diarrheas
i will be available for your help
