4 Year Child Having Fever. Blood Cell Count Low. Fever Repeats. Is It A Normal Fever?

hello,my son is 4 yrs old,15 kg,a week before he got high fever nearly 5 days and he was admitted in hospital and was completely cured .Every test has been taken,everything is normal.Doctor told me blood cells count is low..Today again he got fever .will it be a normal fever...please give suggestions.......I am from tamilnadu..

Welcome to HCM,
As blood count i.e.WBC is on lower side.
This may be due to viral fever or typhoid.
Go for S.widal,platelet count.
After report go for treatment accordingly.
Give him liquid diet.
Give plenty of water.
