45 year old male, non smoker, social drinker, not overweight, fit up to May - symptoms include intermittent hypertension associated with dizzyness, light headedness, episodes of tachycardia, chest pain, at times there is difficulty catching ones breath. All cardiac tests are NAD CXR, ECG, Echo, Angiogram, Holter monitering, Electrophysiological tests. No diagnosis has been made CT Thorax, Abdomen and Pelvis are normal, as are all bloodwork, PTH levels normal. Symptoms seem to be getting more frequent and are having a major impact on quality of life - where can the answer lie??????????
