5 Year Kid, Tingling Sensation Around Vaginal Area And Belly Button. Any Ideas?

My 5 year old daughter keeps complaining of a "tickling" sensation around her vaginal area and sometimes below her belly button. This has been ongoing for months. We have taken her to different doctors, and no "uti" shows up in testing. They don't see any visible external signs during exams either. Any ideas of what this could be?

She is suffering from worm infestation which causes this tye of tingiling sensation around perianal area and vagina, get her dewormed by levemizole after consulting your pediatrician.
and also do her urine and stool routine examination.
Good hand wahing and proper hygiene will be very helpful.
