5 Year Old With Yeast Infection. Epsom Salt Baths Prescribed. Have White Discharge. Anything Else Can Be Done?

my 5 yr old grand daughter has a yeast infection what should be done? The doctor perscribed epsom salt baths. Should we be doing something else? She has not been complaining of the itching but did say her pee pee was hot when she goes to the bathroom sometimes not every time and she did have a white discharge in her panties. Just want to know if she needs to go to the doctors or if there is something else we need to do at home?
