This variation in your lipid profile can be stabilized by slightly modifying your diet.
If you are a pure vegetarian use combination of oils in your food prearation instead of using one type ie: use sunflower, olive oil , corn oil etc in combination. Restrict your fat inatakeespecially saturated fats & fried foods.
If you are non vegetarian strict red meat, use lean meat & fish in moderate amounts.
With this you follow some routine exercise .

you do not worry,your cholesterol is moderately high,
triglycererides and hdl are ok,
Ldl is on boarder line high,
Take low fat and low carbohydrate diet,
Do some exercise like walking,swimming
With this every thing in control,
You may go for Atorvastatin after seeking advice from your doctor.
