Hi
Welcome to HCM,
You are having common type of baldness, it appears as a progressive, symmetric, diffuse loss of hair concentrated in the fronto-central area of the scalp.
The hair loss occurs in nearly all men.
The time of onset and rapidity of progress vary greatly. Androgens, age and genetic predisposition contribute to development of common baldness.
Please see a good dermatologist to see if any reversible cause is there which may be treated.
Topical testosterone, topical or intralesional oestrogens or corticosteroids, and local rubifacients are used but with little success. Ultraviolet light or massage also fail to regrow hair.
Hair transplant to redistribute hair follicles from posterior scalp that is autografting, may give cosmatically acceptable success.
Take care
Good luck

Hello swetha.nani9,

Thank you for using the services of Healthcare Magic.

Following your age and gender, you are more likely suffering from Androgenic Alopecia. This is by far the most common cause of hair loss in men. This will affect up to 70% of men at some point in their life time. This has a genetic predisposition

Anti androgen drugs could be given as remedy. It is advisable for you to see a dermatologist

hope this was of help to you
