59 year old female, pinkish blood sometime and sometimes is brown with mucus. I have a pinkish blood sometime when I wipe after urinating and sometimes is brown with mucus. I m 59 year old female and no periods for about 2-3 years

Pinkish or brownish discharge after menopause indicates either a cervical pathology or endometrial disease or a bleeding disorder. you must get yourself properly investigated like, cervical smear and ultrasound of pelvis for proper diagnosis.
