Hello Harini , I am surprised that you are trying to give rice or any other food to your six month old child, which is not advisable at this age of child at this age of 6 months only mothers milk or infant milk powder is advisable not rice or serials , here I want to advice you pl. try to give mothers milk, if not sufficient mothers milk than give your child Infant powder milk which is available almost most of cities and towns, if you still wants to give added food than give your child mash banana along with milk , you can feed your child in every two to three hours , your child will definitely respond & will gain weight too. Your child is going to vomit due to cereal diet most probably , which will be cured by giving mothers milk or Infant powder milk. Hope your problem will be solved, Good luck and take care.
