Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
1 Frequent urination at the age of 60 years are an indication of enlargement of prostate. Diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of prostate. Also get in Prostate specific antigen . Consult a surgeon and get his opinion .
2 Diminish in sexual desire is due to age factors. As age advances there develops decrease in testosterone hormone . decrease level of testosterone is responsible for lack of sex desire.
3 Urinary tract infection may be the reason of frequent urination ,but in your case this is least possible reason , in my opinion.
So consult a surgeon and get his opinion. Good Luck. Dr. HET.
