Hi,thanks for query.There could be some reason for this like,fungal infection,nutritional deficiency etc.It is better that you take him to a doctor and get proper diagnosis done.Depending upon the cause after treatment he will be fine.bye.

hi welcome,
tongue patches over 7 month or 7 year old baby?
if 7 year check his bowels nature and appetite
if not proper take medicines for that
never forcefully do the cleaning of tongue.
if 7 months also check the mothers bowel habit and the foods types which mother i s taking
