7 Year Old, Suffering From Cold, Nose Bleeding, Vomiting And Stomach Pain. Took Relent And Cough Syrup. What Is The Cure?
Hi, My son is 7 years since a week he had bad cold and fever.. last couple of days he is out of fever now. on Thursday he had nose bleeding. the Cold has not settle down yet. i am giving him cough syrup and Relent for cold. sincd this morning he is complaining of stomach pain and i did vomit once . could you advice

Your child is suffering with respiratory tract infection, requires proper attention with antihistaminic & decongestant medicine along with some nasal decongestant nasal drops.
Pain in abdomen could be because of gastritis caused by lot of medicines and post nasal discharge.
Some antacid gel three to four times will help him.
Steam inhalation will be of some help in relieving the congestion.
